can i cancel or change my order?
all orders are final sale. we are unable to modify orders after payment confirmation.
do you accept returns?
we do not currently accept returns, but will do whatever we can to make it right. please use our contact form or email us directly at neonmothership@gmail.com for assistance.

please check our instagram for the most up to date information on sales and discounts :) occasionally we have pr teams with special codes!
how long does shipping take?
all orders are shipped via usps ground from seattle, wa within 5-7 business days. usps ground can take from 3-5 business days to deliver to your shipping address.
